Emotional wellbeing is our ability to be psychologically fit and healthy, enabling you to enjoy your life with a sense of meaning.

Emotional & Mental Well Being

Your emotional and mental well being forms an important part in your overall wellbeing.  With 69% of UK line managers say that supporting employee wellbeing is a core skill, but only 13% have received mental health training, there is a need to bring more of a focus on this within the workplace.  Supporting our teams to be emotionally strong and resilient, helping them to produce positive emotions, thoughts and feelings when faced with day-to-day challenges, pressures and stresses, is key to creating high-performing teams.

Through our workshops we can support our teams to take a conscious and pro-active approach to their emotional and mental well being.

Burnout is avoidable. It is not an illness or a disease but is classed by the World Health Organisation as an ‘occupational phenomenon’. Burnout should not be accepted as something you have to experience when working in a high-pressured fast-moving environment and burnout is not simply about having too much workload. Sometimes we say we are burned out and label ourselves that way but what we are really experiencing is stress or pressure.

In this webinar we will explore:
  • The definition of burnout.

  • The difference between stress, pressure & burnout.

  • The signs of burnout.

  • Ways to stay cool without becoming frazzled.

  • Opportunity for Q&A.

We are all individual and there isn't a one size fits all approach to managing stress. So often, we take a reactive approach, but prevention is always better than cure! If we do not manage our stress levels it inevitably builds up and can eventually have a negative impact. Managing our 'stress admin' is a great way to pro-actively manage stress levels and essential part of any stress management plan.

In this webinar we will explore:
  • Why a healthy level of stress is good for us.

  • How to listen and work with our stress signals.

  • Stress-busting hacks.

  • Opportunity for Q&A.

This session would be ideal to help your teams to manage their stress levels, enabling them to become more productive in the workplace.

Building Mental Resilience

Mental and Emotional Wellbeing | The Mind Hub

This workshop has been built to help you build resilience.  By building greater resilience we can help to: meet our challenges, deal with overwhelm, being able to bounce back from setbacks, view our thoughts more objectively and re-frame them for more positive outcomes.

To understand that through an awareness of where your thoughts and emotions come from, we can start to manage them with mindful-CBT. Did you know we are estimated to have around 76,000 thoughts a day?  It's no wonder we get distracted!   Did you also know that our thoughts influence how we feel and how we behave, even if they are not true? Are you in control of your thoughts or are they in control of you? Join this workshop to find out.

In this webinar we will explore:
  • What is Mindful Based Cognitive Training (MBCT)?

  • Our thoughts, fact or fiction?

  • If you or your ‘inner chimp’ is in control, Mindful CBT hacks to rewire your brain.

  • Guided mindfulness practice.

  • Opportunity for Q&A.
