At The Mind Hub we are a team of associates all passionate about helping teams and organisations to raise awareness and focus on the impact of wellbeing in the workplace. Within the team, we each have a different specialism, which means that no matter which area of wellbeing our clients wish to focus on, we are sure to be able to help.

Tricia Wilkie
Founder and Chief Happiness Officer
Tricia is a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Specialist with a 20yrs+ career working within the financial and Pharmaceutical sector. Tricia has worked extensively with blue chip organisations to bring health and wellbeing into their workplace, with a particular focus on being able to put measures in place to assess the impact of their work. With personal experience of poor mental health in the workplace and her positive story of recovery, Tricia’s mission is to normalise mental health and inspire people to enjoy this one wild and precious life.

Minna Wood
A Registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner
Minna Wood – helping women and men have better poos and better moods!
Minna is also a Food and Mood course facilitator at Stepping Stones Bracknell Recovery College and as a foodie herself loves healthy delicious food that nourish the gut, the brain and the whole body.
She works with clients with chronic symptoms, particularly gut and digestive symptoms, low mood and anxiety, inflammatory, autoimmune and skin conditions, as well as supporting women through a healthy menopause.

Melissa Gale
Mental Health Awareness Trainer
Melissa has a commercial background working some 10+ years within a stressful & demanding role, combined with the demands of raising a young family. She completed training as a counsellor back in 2008 and in recent years and has also trained as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer with MHFA England. Her hope is to make a positive difference in the world of Mental Health and Wellbeing - working closely with Adults, Parents and Young People in various workplaces, schools and charities settings.

Nellie
The Mind Hub Mascot
"Here is our beloved mascot, Nellie the Border Terrier. Taking care of animals is one way of boosting our wellbeing as they are a huge source of comfort, companionship, fun and unconditional love. Nellie never refuses a cuddle when I need her most and takes me for a morning mindful walk every day which helps me to manage my own mental health and start each day afresh."

Dr Lindsay Browning
Sleep Expert
Trouble sleeping was established in 2006 to help people of all ages with sleeping problems. Dr Browning is an Oxford-educated chartered psychologist, neuroscientist and sleep expert, meaning that she offers the highest level of expertise to help people with their sleep. She is also the author of her self-help book “Navigating Sleeplessness” published in 2021.

Jane Johnson
Financial Wellbeing Expert
Jane is an experienced Financial Adviser with over 23 years in the financial industry and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Jane has been helping people achieve financial security throughout her career, and has expertise across all areas of financial planning, including retirement, investments, and estate planning. Jane takes pride in providing investment solutions to meet individual client needs. She provides bespoke advice, following a rigorous assessment of each client’s financial needs.

Kelly Lincoln
Mental Health Awareness Trainer
Through an 11 year journey in Law, Kelly learnt that she loves, and is good at, building trust-based people-focussed human-led relationships and watching people grow. Kelly then learnt how to empower herself and others through coaching and does so through Wellbeing & Effectiveness Coaching for People Managers and delivering mental health first aid training.

Jenny Tschiesche
Nutritionist
Presenter, bestselling cookbook author and nutrition expert, Jenny Tschiesche provides a range of workshops, webinars, recipes and nutrition advice. Her career as a nutritionist has seen her work with Olympic athletes; design recipes for the likes of the BBC, develop educational programmes for Team England, Cancer Research and schools across the UK; and make regular appearances in the national press as a nutrition expert.

Movement Expert
Andrew Pike is a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience. Andrew loves to simplify health and fitness, specialising in the optimisation of time and health without fad diets or unachievable exercise plans.

Annie Sealey
Physical Trainer and Yoga Instructor
After her career as a professional dancer, Annie Sealy was deeply moved by the ability of fitness to enhance people's lives and bring communities together. Whilst continuing to teach dance, Annie went on to become a qualified personal trainer, yoga and pilates teacher, reiki practitioner and crystal healer.
Annie says, “yoga is, for me, a valve. It helps me release the pressure mentally and balance my body physically. Dancing and fitness are also a passion for me, but yoga is a life line."
