Compassion, Authenticity & Giving
The core of every workshop and training session we deliver.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Core drivers for what we do at The Mind Hub are reflected in our brand values of purpose, meaning, compassion, authenticity and giving; they are at the core of every workshop and training session we deliver.

Whilst our hope is that we help others in some small way achieve their own sustainable happiness, there is always more we can do to support individuals, organisations, community projects and the world we live in. As part of our planning and reflection process at the end of 2023 we want to pledge to not only continue to support local charities but to also become more climate positive.
Supporting our Community
We value the support, and often lifelines, that charities provide in our local community, and we try to help in any way that we can. In the past, that has ranged from donating fees, our time, offering free spaces on courses to charitable organisations.
Below are just some examples of the charities we have worked with and supported in the past.
In 2022, we ran a 1 hr mindfulness workshop at a charity event hosted by Blaser Mills in aid of Thames Hospice, we donated our fee to the charity.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Maidenhead Rotaract held some wellbeing sessions during which we hosted an 'Introduction to Mindfulness” workshop, donating our fee to the two charities they were supporting: The British Asian Trust and the Oxygen for India appeal.

What if the billions of us who care about climate change became empowered to make that change?" ecologi.com
